        Jackman's Lodge is warm & welcoming & is a home from home for residents, relatives & staff alike. I love working here & consider all the residents & staff as family - working in healthcare is never "just a job", but it really isn't here

        Staffing nurses were pretty good but main office were very poor,we had queries about my aunties closure and needed answers,i wrote 3 letters hoping for answers,still waiting after a year,her furniture was dumped in an outside shed ,which we weren't told about,until we went to pick it up,there were also money issues,which occured,been to far better homes.with better communication
