I have a flat in Woking. I used another estate agent in 2008 to find a tenant, as there commission was cheap. There was nothing but problems. I then moved over to Foxtons in 2009 and they were amazing! Even though their commission is more, but you pay for what you get! They had found me tenants regularly until today without a break in tenancy. They were professional, dedicated and friendly and always looked out for you< the landlord. Honestly, don't waste time with any other place just because they are cheaper with their commission. I then decided to sell my flat, which is now sold today!! Again I went to Foxtons. Craig and his team were amazing!! With so many unsold plates in the block and area, Foxtons found me a buyer and went through the whole process almost immediately from putting it on the market. I was so happy!! Thank you so much Team Foxtons Woking!!! i really appreciate what you have done for me for the past 14 years. You're worth every penny!!! If you are serious about renting/selling your property, look no further than Foxtons. You won't regret it. Other estate agents don't compare in the same league.
