HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I recently bought house in woking with Bourne Estates. Ross was absolutely incredible. He was so kind, thoughtful. He sloved his clients issues with no diffucties. I'm really satisfied with their company and support. It was amazing, throughout buying the house they asked me about progress and how is it going for me. As a first buyer, I have to say that their it was very straightforward and easy to deal with. Everything was set out very clearly from the beginning. Great communication and updates. I really appreciate their hardwork and thank you verg much! I would definitely highly recommend other friends and family!

If I could give 6 stars out of 5 I would! These guys were communicative and efficient, driving the sale and keeping me informed at all stages, all whilst being decent and friendly humans. I had had a bad experience with another agent in Woking and was very selective about who I would allow to market my house the second time. Bradley, who was dealing with my sale was always truthful, reliable and personable. Andy, who appraised my property was also always honest, personable and available to discuss my property when required. Ive had misgivings about agents previously not really working hard for their fee, but these guys really worked beyond expectations and deserve their fee. The other side had a particularly bad conveyancer and Bradley did everything he could to help the buyer and me to keep the process moving. If you have a property to sell or rent, or are looking to buy/rent, then I cant recommend Bourne any more highly. Thank you so much!

Bourne are brilliant - especially Alan Gearing and George Caporn who work tirelessly to get the job done. After we placed our house with them to sell, in October 2022, they found a buyer, at the asking price, within 4 days. Eventually, just before exchange of contracts was due, that buyer pulled out. Even though winter was now upon us and the market was quite flat, George and Alan came up with another candidate, only for him to pull out during the conveyance process. Not to be beaten, they came up with a 3rd buyer, who has now exchanged contracts, barely 5 weeks after stepping up. During the period from October to February, Bourne conducted 34 viewings and came up with 3 potential buyers. Given that our home is over 5 miles from their offices, this is a serious commitment. I cannot praise all of the Bourne Woking team highly enough and will have no hesitation in using them in the future, and / or putting them forward for others who are wishing to sell their home with the utmost professional support.

These guys are bunch of professionals who take their job very seriously. Their reference for solicitors and mortgage consultants are extremely good. I would strongly recommend using them if you are serious about the sale.
