Watch our for this bunch, paid for 6 months advertising at a local store, boards went up and we're taken down by the store 6 weeks later.. Nothing to be seen now... Checking companies house, looks like they are trying to liquidate...

Avoid like the plague... If you are an advertiser you'll get totally riped off... If they want to recruit you... run a mile. I had the misfortune to work for Matthew twice and he owes me hundreds in commissions.... The guy is a liar and a complete rip off merchant. You have been warned!!

I have had had the misfortune to work with Merrivale marketing Ltd & it was a disaster from start to finish. Having first met their 'Salesman' early Feb 2020, he approached me at my place of business & convinced me to advertise in a local Superstore. Following the agreement & having had two payments taken & seeing nothing from Merrivale, I began chasing. Then the lockdown arrived. As a marketing company, they should have been able to work from home. They seemed to close. As there was no point in continuing with the advertising as all the shops were shut, I asked for my money back 3 times (remember, I still hadn't seen an advert proof) All I kept on getting told was that everything was on hold, no more payments would be taken & that once lockdown was over, I would get the full 6 months of advertising. As the months slipped by, every time I chased Merrivale I got the same fob off. Then suddenly early July a proof of my advert appeared in my inbox. I ignored it as I had already told Merrivale repeatedly I didn't want their service. Then out of the blue late October another email telling me the advert was up & in the Superstore! So, thus far this is early Feb 2020 to late October 2020 & all this while they have my money. So you can imagine my dismay after having told Merrivale I wanted to cancel & repeatedly asking for my money back, that a collections agency demands payment 5 days after my advert appeared in the Superstore. No phone call, no courtesy call to ask for payment or discuss terms. Nope, straight in with the collection agency. With everything else going on around us right now, this was absolutely unnecessary & an absolute disgrace. Awful customer service, horrendous communication & zero customer care.
