        I have a one bedroom flat for sale in Beaufort Lodge. You must be over 55 to purchase as these are warden assisted apartments. Built in 2012, the Lodge is finished to a high standard with a communal garden. Walking distance to the town centre and close to Woking train & bus station. Soon to be on the market with Seymours.
