Were really delighted with the garden Helen designed for us. She took time to understand our brief, then added real value by suggesting design options that we hadn't considered ourselves. As complete garden novices, we chose to trust her landscaping and planting plans completely and the results are amazing. Helen is very easy to work with. We managed the project and did most of the work ourselves. Helen provided support and advice throughout and was always happy to answer our planting questions! Be warned with using their services, my garden floods since the work they undertook and have taken no responsibility for the issues which resulted in going through the small claims court. In reply to your message, I am quite happy to also post the correspondance showing you were unwilling to rectify the fact it floods. You were also supposed to do a pre assesment of the soil type which clearly wasn't done. We've had 16 soakaways put in by a reputable company to help with the fact you tried to push the drainage the wrong way and uphill of which you'll hear more about I'm sure in the coming weeks. To clarify no soakaways were added as mentioned and the drainage added was trying to pass the water uphill and we had no previous flooding issues prior to the work I would avoid using at all costs
