Radek and his team did a fantastic job in comprehensively refurbishing our bathroom to a very high standard for a very reasonable outlay. His level of workmanship, attention to detail and quality of work were all excellent and the end result is outstanding. The work was carried out to budget and Radek kept us well informed throughout with very helpful options and ideas to consider. Overall it was a great pleasure for Proficient Property Services to carry out work in our home.

Radek and his team did an amazing job with our deck replacement. It is a pleasure working with Radek who is very professional and responsive - answered all emails promptly, managed our expectations and updated us regularly with the progress. The team is hard working, meticulous and tidy. The workmanship is flawless and the project completed on-time. They will definitely be the first I would call for any further projects. Internal alterations to an old listed building, including new bathroom, re-plumbing, rewiring, tiling, new walls, plastering and woodwork. All carried out in good time and within budget. Several extras also carried out eg. new French doors. Most workers were Polish or Ukrainian. Always prompt and considerate with work done to good standards. Radek was always friendly, communicative and willing to discuss changes or new ideas. Quote was detailed and transparent. I will happily use Proficient Property again. Service: Home renovations

Excellent reliable and professional builder with high quality of work. Carried out a single storey extension, removing existing kitchen, demolishing back wall, installing new heated floor/walls /skylight/bi-folds and new porcelain patio. Completed electrics, plumbing, building maintenance/painting etc. Very pleased with the finish, and ready in time for kitchen company to install the new kitchen. Radek gave regular feedback, provided options and costings throughout the project, and kept to the agreed budget and costings. Radek and his team were hard working and nothing was any trouble.
