        This gym has everything you could ask for and is situated in a great place, near a coffee shop, grocery shop and a lovely lake! The staff here are super caring and helpful, qualified in every way and always ready to help you out. 100% recommend

        A fantastic well equipped friendly gym, that is family run, very welcoming and cares about showing their clients a better way to fitness. Max is a brilliant trainer, very enthusiastic and able to adapt every exercise to suit the individuals needs. I have now been training here now for two and a half months, I am four kilos lighter and would recommend La Palestra 100%.
