Poor. I am a cancer patient who needs to have blood markers checked once a year. I am under the care of a hospital in London. It seems to be beyond the wit of the GP practice to take my bloods in Woking, do the test, and send the results to the hospital. I have to be an intermediary between the hospital, the GP, the administrators at the GP (who booked an appointment today where I arrived to find the nurse thought she was doing a blood PRESSURE test) and the nurse taking the bloods to make sure things are understood. Something this simple/routine should not be this complicated. Surely hospitals and GPs should work together so follow ups can be done locally. I wasted a good part of my morning today going for a blood test at the GP practice (that was arranged by them) to find no one knew what the test was for. The only reliable option I have is to travel back to the hospital each time to have bloods taken. Not happy.

I will die before I can get a GP appointment for medication at this place. I got a viral infection and cannot get through by calling. When I get through all the appointments are taken. In South Africa, a 3rd world country, I can walk in and see a GP on the same day within 2 hours. What is the point paying for NHS when I can never use it. Im also given the wrong address to attend appointments. Honestly I cant understand this place and how things work here

Dreadful care and medical provision. Some admin staff totally lacking in care. Restricting access to see GPs at their whim. Paramedic and nurse consults very good, but GP ignore the paramedic recommendations meaning significant delay in making specialist referrals. Treat patients in condensing manner and do not listen. Shameful and inequitable service. A Failing practice. If you have a choice, register elsewhere.

Getting worse, this used to be a great practice, but it's going down hill, I was sent a txt saying the practice hadadee an appointment at goldsworth park, when I get there I'm told it was York house, so I went over there, when I got there I was told the person I was seeing knew I was there, 50 min later, I'm told it should have been a phone consultation and as I went to the wrong surgery he did not have the to see me, and would ring later, so blaming me for there mistake for an appointment they made
