Elliot saved the day yesterday as always - arriving promptly and working flat out to clear, tidy and spruce up our very neglected garden. He is always a pleasure to have around. Nothing is too much trouble and he always gives valuable advice. I would thoroughly recommend him and his team.

Update - last week, I had a knock on the door from Ricky, Walton Landscape Supplies, it transpired Elliot recently reversed a payment with the Bank for the stones he used on my job. I was asked to verify if the stones were delivered as Elliot recently made a claim to the Bank to say they were not received, this resulted in charge reversal meaning Walton Supplies were out of pocket. I verified that Elliot was paid upfront for the stones, the stones were delivered, and albeit a poor job, it was completed months ago. Ricky took photos of the stones laid on my drive. I then had an email from Ricky saying he had contacted the police and reported Elliot. It's clear Elliot is not afraid of providing a disservice to his end customers and other businesses alike. A real testimony to his honesty, and integrity! Original review - It was a great start everything positive, Once Elliot had the job the courtesy remained but the job itself was far from exemplary. I was told the job would take 3 days maximum. However, Elliot only attended evenings after 5 pm and left shortly afterward with one excuse or another, this resulted in the job taking weeks. Once the job was finally completed it took a further 2 weeks for the removal of rubbish. We had asked Elliot to remove any plants, and debris and lay a membrane to prevent weeds, and then add stones as a finish. Within weeks of completion, weeds were growing through at an alarming rate, when Elliot came out to see he had no explanation other than saying it could be the membrane. We made several attempts to contact Elliot who claims to have been on holiday since July the 25th. When we began to interrogate the areas, we found several feet of the missing membrane, and boulders under the membrane causing it to split and tear into other areas. On texting and calling Elliot his excuse was he had someone new working for him on the job who doesnt usually work for him. There was a real lack of care and quality of work. We have asked for a partial refund now as trying to resolve anything with Elliot has become an arduous process, however, communication has ceased on Elliots part, each time we have contacted Elliot, Elliot has been quick to respond with a location map that shows him out of the country!
