I have just used them for the funeral of my mother. They could not have been more helpful and compassionate. From the admin support in the office to the men who attended the funeral, there was nothing I could fault. Thank you for making a difficult day stress free.

A heartfelt thankyou to the Alan Greenwood & Sons who helped my brother and I through organizing our father's funeral. Professional, caring and supportive - thank you Clare, you were fabulous. We were introduced to a wonderful celebrant - Colin Hawkins who guided us through preparations for the funeral. He was kind, considerate and delivered an exceptional service which was entirely fitting for our Dad. He understood our family, understood our Dad and offered us a shoulder to lean on. We will be forever grateful.

To all at your West Byfleet office and special thanks to Tracy, Vicky & Maria, we would like to express our heartfelt thanks for all you did above and beyond to help and support us through the death and funeral service for our beloved husband and father. By the time we reached out to you having visited two other Funeral Directors we had given up hope of providing David with the service we wanted. You listened, made suggestions and ensured the day was exactly the right way to honour David. You could not have been more caring and thoughtful, treating us and David with empathy and respect, words cannot convey how grateful we are for all Tracy and the team have done. And, for anyone reading this review, shockingly now we have had time to review the day and compare the costs Alan Greenwood turned out to be almost 2,000 cheaper than quotations supplied by others on a like for like basis!
