I have found my experience with Alan Greenwood at Knaphill to have been very positive. Tracy was professional, kind, caring and responded well to everything asked of her. Roger kept me appraised with regards to the service and Colin, the celebrant, has to be praised for his attention to detail, warmth and most of all humour. I would thoroughly recommend using their services.

I really can't thank Tracy enough for how she guided me through all the necessary arrangements following my mother's passing a month ago. I haven't had to deal with anything like this before and I felt totally overwhelmed. Tracy was completely wonderful, so totally kind. Thank you.

We have sadly been involved with Tracey and Colin from Knaphill branch. Tracey has clearly found her vocation in life. The care shown to us as family was no less than a close friend. We went to say goodbye to our loved one and they looked clean, cared for and at peace. She gave us as much time as we wanted and covered any questions we had. It was a good experience to help the grieving process. Thank you x Colin conducted the service superbly after being put in a tricky situation. My love and sincere gratitude to you both xx
