Our dog collapsed on a Saturday evening and MiNight were the emergency partners of our usual vet. They were fantastic and looked after her very well, keeping us regularly updated on her progress, all the staff were very friendly, and thankfully she's recovered fully. MiNight were also very efficient with the resulting insurance claim, quickly sorting out a minor omission after we spoke to them.

Helped our little rabbits a few times now when it's been a real late-night emergency. Sadly just had to put one of them down - we couldn't be more devastated but the vet was very professional and had only her best intentions at heart when discussing all the options. Obviously it's hideously expensive, but it's an out of hours service... otherwise we've had nothing but a professional experience with them.

We recently rescued our dog and hadn't registered with a vet yet. When the neighbour's dog unexpectedly jumped over the fence and attacked him, we took him here as it was the nearest one to us that was open. The first time I called, they answered the phone and hung up. Second time I spoke to someone who was lovely, hence the 2 stars for good service on the phone. After a couple of hours they called and said I had 2 options, the first of which was a 748 surgical exploration of a bite on his leg, which by the vet's own admission, wasn't causing much discomfort as he was still walking and in good spirits. They were of course keen for me to take this option. No price given for other option, which so happened to be 600 less! We went for the second option. When dog got home he was STILL DRIPPING BLOOD. They had literally washed the wounds, put 3 staples (like staples from an office) in his leg and left him. I am absolutely appalled and disgusted they would let an injured dog leave their care while still actively bleeding from an open wound! Almost like 'oh well you didn't pay the 748 so we dont care anymore go away'. If he gets infections I will be taking this further and will certainly not be taking him back here!

My dog was sent there on 7th December by our Vet as they offer an overnight service. The following day we collected our dog, paid the large bill for her care and thanked the staff VERY much for their efforts. Today received a parking ticket for parking in their CAR PARK!!!!!! I now have a 60 fine if I pay immediately or 100 if I don't pay immediately. Called practice - receptionist informed me car park is FREE but you MUST give them your vehicle registration! At no point were we told this! She then said I would need to start the 'appeals process' if I didn't want to pay! What a disgusting way to treat customers who are upset about their sick pets! CASHING IN ON THE MISERY OF OTHERS! SHAME ON YOU MiNIGHTVET Woking
