We have used Nigel at In Stitches on numerous occasions mainly for our branded event tshirts, and each time the service and end product are excellent. Highly recommend- without any hesitation.         Looking for a specific lightweight Janome machine but no longer made . Nigel sourced me an alternative and it has been delivered from manufacturer within a day. He was so helpful and friendly and cant recommend him enough. I can certainly recommend Janome M30A if you are looking for a lightweight machine to take to classes. .

        Took my VQ2 in for repair and great service as usual....found this business 23 years ago for my first embroidery combi machine, and they continue to be my go to place, purchasing various sewing machines and upgrades over the years as their customer service and knowledge is 100% the best ..... highly recommend.
