A fault developed, during the night, with our downstairs socket ring main. I contacted Galaxy Electrical first thing that morning and Samar was there within a couple of hours. He was able to quickly identify the fault and rectify it. I also took his advice and arranged for him to replace the old consumer unit with a more suitable and up to date one that met current regulations. Samar was excellent, fast and accommodating. He fitted several radiators plus removed old outdated ones. He made sure to clearly and politey explain why certain configuration of them around the house could overload the circuit which I really appreciated as this wasn't something I was not familiar with.
