I would highly recommend this company. I bought a flavoured bottle of gin that got smashed in the post. I contacted the sellers of MixPixie and they responded within the hour. I explained what had happened and sent a photo. Their immediate response was, would I like a refund or a replacement. A replacement was sent within a few days and an update from themselves. The packaging was stunning as the bottle and label. I will DEFINITELY be using them again

Friends sent a Christmas Food and Drink hamper. MixPixie included their invoice, (in error?). I would suggest the amount charged did not equate to the value of the goods sent.

I can not fault them! Fantastic, communicative staff who were able and willing to help me with every aspect of my custom order. They were able to add our own MP4 files on and edit the cover fonts upon request. The results were amazing, my friend adored her wedding gift! Thank you mixpixie.
