Avoid, unless you enjoy getting ripped off. Took a pair of jeans in for repair to a tear in the trouser leg. They did the work and charged me 12 in mid March 2023. Then, on the 5th of April 2023, I noticed the tear was back in the exact same placeas the repair. I took it back to Pearl and they refused to make good the defective work - unless I paid again. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!! I have been coming here for over 2 years and quality was good until the whole of last year (2022-23). I only come into put my jumpers to be dry cleaned. Guess what? After a year from them, the whole service has been appalling! I mean disgraceful! For the last eight occasions (because I was hoping they would rectify their mistakes), I was given back my jumper only to be seen that the arm pit area was still smelling and no de-bobbling of the jumper had been done! So I complained. Guess what? Yes, the jumper was not smelling of bio but isnt that strange? Only because I had to complain that they finally managed to dry clean the bloody jumper! So it happens again! Well, now its beyond a joke! They cant keep treating customers like this. Ive collected my jumper this week and guess what? Its still not clean These guys need to be reported to some trading Standards agency as they are ripping people off and not doing their job as advertised. Sorry, my money goes to someone else now.
