The doctors are good if you are able to get an appointment. Shockingly useless reception staff. I filled out the online form to book an appointment multiple times and nothing happened. Tried to call and wasn't able to get through to anybody.

Responds to concerns quickly and staff is very helpful. My partner and I have had no problems here.

On-line referral for pre-existing medical issues are fast and accurate.

Echoing many here, as a patient of 35 years, this practice has sadly gone down the pan in the last year. The online services are never available, you can no longer book appointments via Patient Access. They don't answer the phone. Almost impossible to contact. Deflection seems to be the game. Of those who need to see a doctor, most will persevere, probably creating more work for the practice. Others will end up in A&E. I'm sure the management will be happy to explain all in a Coroners Court, as that is the inevitable consequence. All very sad.
