The Maybury Surgery

NEW PROBLEMS AND REVIEWS I was at the clinic today to get a prescription and I was refused without an appointment. I asked reception for an appointment to be made as I was there and was refused if I don't do an online appointment only? I was there already. They have all my details but No, it was no sympathy or understanding from reception. I do not bealive that if you are in a surgery to have the right to refuse to make an appointment at least you go online.... I tried also to call for an appointment but also refused.Why? What if is is an elderly person without internet? What if I need the appointment today? I tried to explain reception is only a simple prescription to be made, as the hospital give me one 9 days ago and told me after the course if still pain and infection to repet the treatment with a GP prescription. I hade done some tests a few months ago and still no answer from my result. Also in the past year refuse to send to one specific chemist what is next to them at 2 minutes walk, and to my place 1 minute walk, and I was forced to walk in to town, 2 miles just because policies and ego? Is it not the GP should ask you from where you want to puck up your medicine and also what is your close chemist? How ccome can you refuse my right? Any way, at my previous complain, I did'nt get any aanswer I dont aspect one now but to fix so many problems what the surgery has. OLD PROBLEMS & REVIEWS Not once, but to many time they mistaken the appointment and me and my familly we are takeing time off work or school for nothing. Today again, an appointment was made for my partner with the nurse wrongly...she still was waiting for hours to be seen by someone... Very hard to answer phone, very hard to make an urgent appointment. Dr.Khan she is a very good and attentive doctor,( 5 out of 5) but the sistem is getting the last 6 months worsed. We did speak with the surgery manager before , but can see today that not much was done. Friendly reception staff, but untrained properly. Also, not colaborating and comunicating with the hospitals properly and fast. Mistakes was made to, for waiting time and refferals, (when real urgent problems ) and timing is getting bigger rather then smaller . 1 year ago 4-5 stars, last 6 months disappointing ... Thinking to move unfortunately ...

Physio by phone? Fit notes late, phone wait terrible experience, everyone works but the surgery How long is going to take the "COVID"? We need DOCTOR S now. I have not private health care like the Tories.
