Dr U Anderson - St Johns Family Practice

Honestly overwhelmed with how helpful the receptionists are at this practice. On more than one occasion since January Ive had to call about sensitive matters which have been deeply upsetting for me and each time my concerns are dealt with promptly as well as being given wonderful reassurance and shown kindness throughout. Very grateful indeed.

Honestly the worst GP practice I've ever experienced! I have never liked dealing with this practice because you can never get an appointment but this last week has been the cherry on top for me! We have been trying to get my husbands repeat script for his medication for over a week. They told him he needs a GP consultation again to get his repeat which is perfectly fine but then you can NEVER get an appointment! After getting in touch with them the third time and telling them it's becoming urgent because he suffers withdrawals without his medication they told us the script has been issued. I go to Boots to collect and alas, no script and the pharmacist checked for us and it had not been issued at all so it wasnt like I went to the wrong pharmacy! Absolutely shocking! This is peoples health you're dealing with here, get it together!

I actually couldn't believe the negative reviews attached to Dr Andersen's name, so I felt compelled to write something here. She is one of THE best doctors we have ever encountered. Always detailed and very caring. Our children owe many peaceful nights to her caring professionalism.

Always friendly once actually gained an appointment. Dr Anderson is amazing and the ladies who take my blood always are very gentle
