Had reason to contact the surgery a few times in the last month and wasn't expecting great service based on the other reviews. However the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I got appointments within a couple of working days both times I needed them. And while phone queues can be long, due to demand, you can use the callback function if you don't want to wait on the line. Nothing to complain about and wondering if the people complaining about staff rudeness are probably rude to the staff to begin with!

Got an appointment for Woking Hospital that I didn't book. Receptionists are useless and unapologetic. They have in the past intercepted my emails to the doctors and replied on their behalf. So frustrating and angry with this practice. The doctors are lovely, especially Dr Verma and Dr Khan but good luck getting an appointment to see them.

The receptionist I spoke to was rude and unhelpful and said I'm sorry - it's just like that.

I've had a great experience with the drs, phlebotomist and reception staff over the last few visits! Always very helpful and friendly, the online system works much better than the calling system we had pre covid.
