Macro Care Dental Health

Dentist is lovely and always friendly but not sure who the receptionist is now but I dont think I have ever spoken to someone so rude and abrupt in a very long time.

I really liked going here and as a child I used to collect stickers. There were slight ups and downs in booking and waiting for appointments but overall it was great!

My children and I have used this practice for over 15 years and we have always been treated exceptionally well. Assad, the practice manager, and the team are always professional, friendly, honest and you always leave with a smile on your face- whatever treatment youve had. Weve never felt any pain whilst being treated and only necessary work is ever done. Sometimes you may have to wait for an appointment but I know that is because Assad and the team give everyone the time they need and if you are the person in the chair who is taking a bit longer, then you are grateful for that extra time and attention. Can highly recommend.

We've visited this dentist a few times now, and the actual dentist is lovely and great with children. However, trying to book an appointment is impossible and the receptionist is incredibly rude. We tried to get an emergency appointment and couldn't, so we went private and paid for it and the receptionist phoned me and argued with me about it. Have asked to removed from their books and unfortunately do not recommend this dental practice.

he took a picture that doesn't even show my faulty tooth. Then he laughed after that. he couldnt take my teeth out and said I was looking for another dentist. but then asked for the basic care fee. i will never go back again
