AVOID AT ALL COSTS !! Appalling RUDE service. We visited this laboratory for the first time for a brief consultation to have a partial denture slightly readjusted to fit. Not only was the trip a complete waste of our time but I also had to endure the rude attitude of the receptionist called Debra and of their technician Jones, absolutely shameful! We both are middle aged and more than decent people, yet I was spoken to with zero respect all the time. We were commanded to ''Sit there!'', ''Come here!'' - the simple word Please didn`t even cross their mind once. When visiting as a customer or as a potential customer you would expect some basic manners, like ''please sit there Maam/Mrs..''. During the consultation the same thing happened again. As if this wasn`t bad enough, I was also interrupted over and over by the technician when I enquired about the work (apparently he was more interested to go home than speaking to us). Clearly, they were not interested to do a small job, despite the repair/fix service being widely advertised on their website, they were more interested in charging an extortionate price for a new one that would have taken weeks to make. (Now we possibly know why there was a Porsche parked outside). The technician continuously talked over me and my husband, making us feel uncomfortable. Frankly, a dog would have been treated better than we were. If you are looking for a laboratory with very rude service and extortionate prices, this is the place for you.
