Perfect Smile - Woking

I originally gave Perfect Smile Woking a 1 star rating for their policy of requiring payment for treatment up front when booking an appointment. I can understand requiring this from people who have a record of failing to attend appointments but why apply this across the board to someone like myself who has not missed an appointment in the 5 years I have been registered with them. I subsequently received a call from the Practice Manager who agreed to add a note to my records allowing me to in future pay at time of treatment, not in advance. I appreciate the fact that efforts were made to resolve my issue and this, coupled with the fact that the service provided by both the dentist and hygienist has always been excellent, means I am happy to give a 5 star rating to this Practice!

Went to this dental practice last week and was absolutely astounded when the normal receptionist Dawn wasnt there. I asked the receptionist where she was and she said she had left I asked where shed gone but she wouldnt tell me but when I spoke to the dentist and the nurse they told me the real reason Dawn had left and Im absolutely disgusted with the way Perfect Smile treated a member of staff who has been there I think the dentist said 12 years, me and my extended family will no longer be coming to your practice I now know the new practice that Dawn is at and we will be registering with that practice shame on you Perfect Smile for treating your staff appallingly . I had another appointment this week and once again asked where Dawn had moved too and still the receptionist who is awful denied she knew where Dawn had moved too, they dont want to disclose it as more of the patients will follow Dawn to her new practice in Pyrford
