        I had a patchy experience with them in 2019 / 2020, and today have had the most appalling experience with them on the phone. I was denied support, then gaslit/victim blamed. They got very flappy when I used that terminology - classic DARVO! A very distressing experience. There are too many reports of this in DA services. They are getting public money but NOT providing the services they should.

        Your sanctuary quite possibly saved my life! From the minute I arrived they looked after me and my children at what was the worst possible time in our lives they literally gave me back everything I felt I had lost.... independence, self belief, love and motivation! I literally can not thank them enough I will be forever grateful for this amazing organisation and their truly amazing staff. Xxxx
