Fantastic staff and nice smiles all ways ready to help and if you want help they stop what they are doing and help you but would of been a 5 if they had double A battery's

Rude customer service... incorrect prices, Harris, member of the coop team responded, "what's your problem, do you want this item or not, I didn't put this price there". I'm very dissapoonted, formal complaint has been made, as I had to pay higher price.... only 1 higher, however Harris was extremely rude, didn't apologise, didn't offer any explanation... coop is legally required to display correct prices, but this team does not seem to care about customers. Also Harris decided to store newspaper on the till, so there was no space for my items and of course he didn't care to ask if I want a receipt or not.

Great friendly local co-op with a great selection of products and always helpful and cheery staff on hand. Don't forget to check out the bargain products on the far left from the entrance.
