I was at the co op today about 3 pm and witnessed such nasty treatment from the staff towards a young lady who was waiting for a very long time for someone to help her, and when she was "helped" she was treated like the village idiot, publicly humiliated by the staff member with red hair and nails as if the scanner issue was her own fault, as well as strange instructions from another staff member. Not okay!

I have the odd occasion to go up to Knaphill for fishing supplies. Co op is a great place to get a meal deal for 4.00. The place is well organised and efficient. It is located by a car park and is could for a quick shop. I think it's got a cashpoint. There's fast card only self scans as well as personal service. Nice enough..

this is quite a large co-op shop, larger than most of the co-ops you'd find. it has a wide range of foods and a great place to find a quick dinner or a snack. this co-op is not usually busy, and so has very quick service at the till. the workers are friendly and i have to say this is my favourite co-op.
