The area around and in the lifts was really dirty . I am disabled and had to use the lift but by choice I wouldnt have .

Rude, mardy girl on the counter who tried to sell me a filofax for 18 in store even though it says 12 on the WHSmith website and when I pointed this out to her she got even more rude and mardy making sarcastic comments, terrible customer service and terrible company trying to exploit people into paying more money in store even though on the website it says 12 proper shady business practices... Will buy my filofax elsewhere and will make sure to never buy anything from WhRipoff ever again.

1.80 for a 1litre bottle of water. Says 50p in big letters In very small print under it when bought with paper. Member staff was not understanding.

Good for the post office. You can buy much of WHSmiths office supplies cheaper elsewhere. Make sure you bring your own packaging when posting to save you a ton of money!
