Went here yesterday to get a part for my k4 they said they were waiting on a delivery for this part it was a common fault that's fair enough then said it was 39 I thought they were joking no they weren't so I said no thanks and walked away, got on the Internet found the part I needed genuine karcher 17 all in including delivery so shop around

Great service & team at Pro Clean Equipment, Knaphill. K5 pressure hose constantly blowing out of the connection, repaired & cleaned in a few minuets, & a K3.2 pumping out more water from the body then the hose, a minimum 35 inspection charge & fully repaired & cleaned 3 days later with no added charge. They will contact you & discuss the problem before they proceed with the repair, no shock charges. Recommend Pro Clean Equipment for all Karcher equipment & parts. Thanks for all your help, Jerry.

From initial query till item getting delivered back to home, it was good experience. They have fixed diagnostic charge of about 30 and they will call back to explain fault and cost to repair. Overall I'm happy with the service I received. Vince is the guy to ask for, he is very professional and kept me updated with progress throughout repairs and for delivery.

I needed my pressure washer very urgently and thought it was faulty. I popped into the shop and Vince could have easily sold me a new one, but instead, Nico looked at it and replaced a small plastic clip.. I was good to go in 10 min!!!How amazing, not often do we get FANTASIC SERVICE like this!
