The Neuro-Muscular Clinic

I had concerns about my balance coupled with spells of dizziness and, at the same time, was experiencing frequent occurrences of headaches. After a recommendation from a chiropractor to visit Jake Cooke at the Neuro-Muscular Clinic I then underwent a series of tests in Jake's studio focussing on my balance and headache issues with the result being a detailed programme to address both problems. I have now had 4 sessions with Jake, with 2 further sessions being planned and both my balance and headache difficulties have significantly improved as a result of Jake's interventions. Jake is a highly skilled practitioner in a very specialised field, exhibits a high degree of empathy for his patients and he "does what it says on the tin". Keith Owen

I started seeing Dr Cooke after many weeks of pain, headaches and dizziness. I had had an MRI scan, was taking medication but it was his treatments and exercises that helped me see real improvements. His sessions helped me get a better understanding of my health and the exercises he taught me are extremely helpful in improving my health. Since seeing him ive been much more able to do the things that became difficult when I was suffering from severe dizziness. Would highly him recommend to anyone suffering from similar problems!

My teenage daughter had a sailing accident leaving her with Persistent Concussion Syndrome. She experienced debilitating symptoms across a range of systems. Dr Jakes deep expertise in this area and his interest in his patients meant he took the time to complete a comprehensive assessment of her and constructed a specialised treatment plan that included neurological rehabilitation and low level laser therapy as well as excercises we could carry out at home. Having previously been told by a number of Consultants that she would have to live with her symptoms within weeks of following Dr Jakes treatment plan she went from being unable to stand unaided with high levels of nausea and multiple other complications to seeing a significant reduction in her symptoms. The improvement was so significant she was able to take a short trip abroad shortly after starting his plan, something that was inconceivable prior to seeing him. We are so thankful we found Dr Jake and would encourage anyone suffering from any degree of concussion to use his services.

Amazing experience. After 5 months of misdiagnosis and improper treatment, Jake did an initial assessment and gave a clear diagnosis. Fantastic treatment for my issues, Jake takes the time to explain clearly and makes sure you understand. Massive improvement for my condition! Cannot recommend enough. Five stars.

After suffering from dizziness for some time, I was recommended to see Jake and after one session I came out feeling so much better, knowing what I had could be worked on I am now on the road to getting back to normal all thanks to Jake
