        A joke! Shuts at 3 due to the pandemic apparently which is so helpful for anyone who works. Turn up at 9am the next day. Left outside past opening hours while store full of staff are waking around doing nothing. When they open the door to me at 9:02 Im told that nobody In the store can help me whatesoever because everyone is working from home. Unprofessional, unhelpful and fairly rude. There was at least 7 people in the store but nobody there could help me at all. Turned away with the offer of a phone number. Im left wishing Id chosen NatWest. Great job Nationwide
