Marcus and his team are first rate professionals. Speaking from experience, you will not find a more considerate and capable team. MDPS is one of only two firms I have asked to come back to do additional work. The first time involved damp-proofing a large section of an old part of my house. It was done efficiently and to a high standard, with tiling added to the flooring. MDPS has also repaired leaks and reinstalled two bathrooms. Highly recommended.

We called in Marcus for the conversion of our outhouse to a Shower Room and Utility Room. He and his team started off by fixing some problems on the Roof, followed by the building work and fitting out of both areas. They were very easy to communicate with and offered excellent advice on the best use of the space, working things out in great detail. The workmanship was outstanding. They clearly take great care and have a lot of pride in their work. This resulted in a fantastic transformation of an old and tired space. We would not hesitate to recommend them and intend to use them for other work in the future

Marcus and his team did a great job renovating my rental property in Weybridge following a major water leak from a washing machine that hadn't been installed properly. Marcus was very easy to communicate with and always available to talk things through. He was efficient and good at keeping me informed. The 6 month project came in on schedule and as he quoted and I would certainly recommend him.

I called in Marcus recently to help sort out a damp issue in my kitchen, He arrived on time for our meeting , did his basic research/ readings etc and advised that there was serious damp in the wall and there were several different reasons why this could be which all needed to be checked out- the boiler being the first. He arranged a specialist boiler person Jim to check this out ( who was great) which was duly done and proved not to be the reason. Marcus returned and I was given two options to consider one of which I will carry out. He and his workman that he works with were all excellent , knew their business, were totally honest, were easy to deal with and I felt in good hands and very comfortable with them. At no time did I feel I was being ripped or fobbed off as this was not an easy problem to solve. Marcus happy to be called back should it be necessary in future. Very happy to recommend them and they were local to me as well. Simon
