        My kids love it here and the staff are always friendly and patient. Im sure they have to be, because ordering Bubble Tea is not as simple as it seems. Due to the number of visits, Ive indulged in one or two drinks myself - and very nice they are too. Dont forget that you can request no caffeine for your kids drinks if youre so inclined.

        Have to request the transaction code to enter online each time you place an order otherwise they wouldn't provide. Furthermore, right when I was able to claim a free drink I encountered a login issue on their website which meant that I couldn't show the cashier the reward and that reward expired after some time. Tried contacting them but no reply whatsoever. What's the point of even having this kind of reward programme?
