Wayne the store manager is amazing he always goes above and beyond He sorts all my colour and retail orders out every week and has them boxed up for me ready to collect even when I call last minute. Always gives great advice and recommendations - would not go elsewhere He is absolutely fabulous !

Very bad customer service. They are racists. We attended to open accounts we have have the diploma on electronic. She's said I want to see . I said everything now electronic. She said I cannot open accounts. 2 weeks ago I contact this branch over the phone I did said we have the diploma on electronic the woman said get driving licence and we can open account. Rude Staff Cashier. Their is no need to be rude. What is the point? I normally don't give bad reviews or moan just to waste my time like someone who lost it. I have better things to do. But this time I just can't help to help people. To save you from being stressed out and having such experience. I was served today by your staff Dowinie G. and have never come across in my experience to encounter such a Bad Rude Customer service. Their is a way in asking customer a Trade card politely. Rather than shouting down at me. Also snatching the item off me and made me look stupid Infront of the customers. As the face and a frontline of a company. she should be taught Good customer service. Please teach your staff to go back to basics and relearn basic good customer service. This staff of yours looks like a middle age lady who I would assume knows basic Customer Service and have real life Customer Professionalism but instead chose "Unprofessionalism". Remember "Customer is King." It's very understandable if this staff of yours is young and still learning as a novice. It also felt like this particular staff was just being forced to find an item when I politely asked where the item is located.
