I ordered several products from here and has just rang them enquiring about my order .
the gentleman on the phone said that the flour Roberts site has moved from there. Then I was swiftly disconnected ....
Like the reviewer before me state. Stay well away from floor Roberts UK sites!!!

What a mistake! I ordered three face creams before Christmas and only one arrived, even though payment was taken as soon as I ordered. The package didn't even include an invoice!
I sent an email to query my remaining order, no response.
I then contacted my bank, who informed me that because I had paid through Paypal, I had to claim my money back through them. I was dreading the whole process, but Paypal were marvelous and I am due a refund next week.
Don't order from the UK site! You'll be left disappointed.
