I have been going to the ultimate treatment centre for many years now and find all members of staff experienced and great at what they do ... I was booked in for a regular treatment which was a wax treatment ... i asked on the off chance for a massage and they were happy to fit me in ... I received a very relaxing massage and left very calm and relaxed after a busy day at work ... Great service and highly recommend .

Recently I have been to ultimate treatment centre for a Facial and loved the experience I had. Renuka who was my beauty therapist not only accessed my skin but designed a facial and a skin care programme that will help me deal with the issues I have had for years such a pigmentation, blemishes, and acne. Renuka not only understands skin but suggested a routine and emphasised on the importance of having such discipline, I am now 3 facials down and my skin has improved quite significantly. I for one would never step out of my house without makeup but I am starting to feel confident and often leave the house with little or no makeup. I am quite pleased by the passion and interest shown in helping me get some results in such a short time. The service I got was purely in the best interest of helping me sort out my skin issues. You pay for not just good service and advice but good results. Would highly recommend ultimate treatment centre beauty to any one who wants to better or fix any skin conditions.

just now On meeting Renuka I felt instantly relaxed, she was very friendly and asked me what I was wanting to achieve with my face and what were my expectations? After explaining this to her she informed me that the microdermabrasion I had purchased on Groupon is not the ideal treatment for what I wanted to achieve and recommended another treatment along with her reasons why. Renuka kindly offered to honour my Groupon purchase and transfer the funds to the new treatment which I thought was very noble of her. I felt she was genuinely interested in my skin's needs and not her own pocket which I respected her for and my trust in her was established. Renuka was very informative about her treatments and products and the benefits of them. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable and always makes me feel welcome and relaxed in her company. I travel 45 mins each way to have regular treatments with Renuka because I think she is amazing and I highly recommend her and her services to everyone. Thanks Renuka, see you again soon X Jennine x

Staff were rude towards both myself and my mother after we called with a query regarding the use of a gift voucher. I paid 50 for a voucher for my mum's birthday. it was a place she had been to before and liked, however our experiences seem to have slowly become worse and worse over time. Phone manner was not polite or helpful. I spoke to a younger lady the first time, who-to her credit- was very apologetic that she wasn't able to answer my question, and arranged to have the manager call me instead. She tried to answer as best she could and i thanked her before she offered to refer me to the manager. I had a phone call later on in the evening from the manager who was rude and short with me on the phone, answered the question and then took her answer back so that she could create a loop hole in the terms and conditions. one she had failed to mention previously. She interrupted me while i was trying to clarify the answer she had given me, and then was unbelievably patronising. If it wasn't for the fact that i had already PAID for the voucher, I would have demanded the money back. It amazes me that this place was so eager to accept my money when i brought the voucher, but creates so many ways to stop you using it!!! My mum's treatment has been booked, and i will be checking in on how she felt it went. This will be the last time either of us use this place. It's a shame, but i won't part with that much money to be spoken to like an idiot.
