I was in Halifax Guildford and heard staff talking about being told to come into work even tho he was positive as thats there company policy, It cant be right when theres so many people working and visiting them. Can it?

Rude staff, unable to empathise with a customer after TWO bereavements who's just trying to carry on the duty of executor of two wills and provide original copies of death certificates etc On top of that, they can't even stay open until the end of normal banking hours of 3.30pm - disgusting.

Third time in a row today, I have received absolutely excellent and helpful customer service at this branch. Would highly recommend talking to staff here about your banking. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that occasionally in the past they would close for lunchtime for an hour or so and this wouldnt be reflected on the online information. Hopefully this was due to a staffing issue since resolved well with brilliant new staff.
