I was offered an insurance at Woking branch but said I didnt have time. The staff said only for 10 minutes so I agreed as I was looking for the house contents insurance after moving house. I was introduced to a male staff who was very rude. He even laughed at me when I listed my valuable items and asked me if they were genuine or not. Then he said my valuable items were beyond insurance that he could offer and had to call someone else on the phone. The way he explained about me to his colleague was also rude as if was looking down on me, no manner and he wasted my precious 40 minutes. I had to walked out of his tiny glass den being so humiliated. The Barclay is my very first bank account after I got married and I opened it at Windsor branch where we used to live as a first home. But I stopped using my account although I still have with them. I am thinking of closing it now.
