        Ordered 2 Steak Bakes and 2 Cuppacino coffees. The steak bakes were very much less filled and smaller as for the coffee it was like boiled water no flavour at all. When we asked for a replacement the staff member - said in defence We are not Starbucks Last time Ill step into a Greggs!

        Went to greggs only to hear one of the workers flip out on a customer. Customer looked about 14 and asked a simple questions where a simple yes or no could have been enough but instead she flipped out at him and was incredibly rude. Wouldnt want my kids to be served by such a horrible and rude worker. Name is Eliza maybe higher up should teach workers to be less of a cow especially to kids.
