        Very rude old male staff! No idea if he is owner or staff but as I walked dog into shop (as I have done regularly) he made a face and said "you really should have left your dog outside, this place serves food!"... I replied "then you really should have had a sign outside saying as much". I told him many other places in town allow people in with dogs including bem cafe across the road. His response was "yeah,outside maybe"... I told him "bem are very welcoming to dogs inside too, in fact you can watch from your window as I go there right now and you are just being bloody minded!!"

        The old guy who is the manager needs a lesson in customer service. Attitude and acts like he owns the place. These interactions should be recorded and placed on YouTube they won't learn otherwise. Keep a look out on YouTube.
