Maximise Accounting

Maxine has completed two tax returns for me so far, and I cannot recommend Maximise Accounting enough. She makes everything so simple. She's easy to communicate with and answers my questions without being condescending or making me feel stupid (as I have experienced with previous accountants). Her kind nature and professionalism make her an absolute joy to work with - if you're thinking of working with her, you won't regret it. Thanks, Maxine!

Severely unsatisfied with the level of service and methods of which this company provides. Both myself and my firm had been using this company for many years. However, over the past year its been brought to my attention that this company has not been providing the services that I paid for. This company severely lacks in competency and efficiency, with many areas of accounting not conducted correctly. As my suspicions arose, I begun looking into what has not been worked on. I conducted my own investigations. I requested a meeting as a result of my deep concerns. However, I was presented with a resignation/termination of services, with very minimal notice. The fees also increased considerably, however I was not receiving any additional services or work. I have since moved away from this company to another local accountancy practice which has been working at great lengths to tidy up the disastrous errors that this company had left behind. Im not an accountant, which is why I outsource this service. My new/current accountant has worked wonders and has confirmed my suspicions of poor and lack of service previous. Id also like to add that when trying to reach out, following the termination of service, my calls were ignored. I strongly believe that this company was out of their depth and could not provide the correct and thorough services that an accountant is required to do so. I cannot stress enough, my advice to anybody currently relying on this firm to run its business to invests some time to ensure all accountancy needs are being met. If ones lucky enough not yet to have suffered this firms incompetence, stay well clear!

I was introduced to Feehely Management Services Ltd by a friend when I wanted to set up a limited company. Maxine walked me through the project from establishing the company, registering for all relevant taxes including VAT registration and advising on accounting software. Maxine filed all my tax returns for me (Corporation tax, VAT and personal tax) and, when the company was no longer needed, she helped me to close the business down correctly as well. I have always found Maxine to be very responsive, she showed a good understanding of my business and was very easy to work with. Should I be in need of accountancy advise in the future, I will not hesitate to reach out to her.
