Avoid like the plague. I called to book my van in for a long list of work in January. He couldn't accept it until March, so we agreed a date. I turned up on the date and he had forgotten I was due and not written it in his book. First warning sign... I left it anyway and from then on, it was a question of calling and checking how he was getting on. This went on for months with excuse after excuse (there's lots of work coming in, I don't have time, I don't have staff etc etc). That's as maybe, but why accept work when you already have work lined up? Then he stopped answering calls and emails, so I had to go in person to check in. SIX MONTHS later, I gave up and collected the van, having lost an entire year of use. To rub it in, he charged me for the very small fix he had done; the invoice said "Fixed lower sliding door sill"; the picture shows the current condition of said fix and really sums it all up. There is another VW specialist in Staines and one in Oxfordshire. Avoid this one and go for one of the others. Services: Battery, Body & Trim, Electrical, Painting
