Loyal customer since tasty kitchen opened. Placed a pre Christmas order for my family and was told delivery would be around 1hr 20mins. 1 hour 20mins passed with my youngest daughter now falling asleep i called them up and was told its been cooked we are just waiting for the driver to deliver. Another ten minutes and it will be with you, delivery time in total was around 2 hours and I unpacked to find one of my dishes was incorrect and the food wasnt warm. Another 10 minutes trying to get back hold of tasty kitchen and 15-20 minutes relaying messages back and forth with the girl on the end of the telephone to the manager as he couldnt be bothered to come and speak with me on the phone. Recommended you to many people and placed A order once a month if not more.

I have been using this place for 4 years. Food always excellent. For the last few months food starting getting worse. Last week I have ordered again and I must say it was the worse food I have ever received. Most of it landed in the bin! All was microwaved! Chewy! Hard! Not eatable! Prawns like rubber! Even seaweed wasnt crispy but wet and unfresh! Really disappointed and dissatisfied. Dont think I will ever order food from this place again.

Great food, normally a quicker delivery than quote and always hot. It took a lot to pull me away from the Beijing but these guys keep delivering, literally!
