Krav Maga Colchester

This summer our family of four (mum, dad and two teenagers ) had private training with Krav Maga Colchester. Through the series of weekly sessions we learnt some of the basics of Krav Maga and how these could be applied to various real life scenarios where the need for self defence could arise. Alex and Kelly provide great instruction and encouragement and in a friendly and enjoyable class. I highly recommend their training and we all found the sessions great fun.

I have been going weekly for the last month after getting a bit bored in the gym. The midweek sessions are informative and fun, learning self-defense scenarios and are a decent workout. The Saturday morning session was better than any HIT class or circuit training I have ever done, but you can make it as hard or as easy as you want and there is no pressure. A great bunch of people with no egos or points to prove. When my sons old enough he will be doing Krav with Alex for sure.

I've been doing Krav for more than 10 years in a few different places and this is the best training currently in Krav Maga. Alex is really professional and the teaching is practical and logical. Great fun too, not at all macho or intimidating. Highly recommended.

Ive tried different self defence arts throughout my life. Hands down Krav Maga has been the best. This has been the only one I have stuck at. I have been training for several years now and enjoy every session like my first. The training is effective, efficient and challenging. But most of all fun! Alex is enthusiastic and motivated, that passion flows through to me as a student. I find the incorporation of real world scenarios helpful, this helps me to understand why Im learning certain techniques. The other students are a great bunch with no egos. I would highly recommend anyone of any age to give it a go.

I have been doing Krav Maga for a few weeks now and must say it has been incredibly informative. Alex and Kelly are fantastic and very competent instructors and have taught me many new things. Any new skills get explained and demonstrated most thoroughly and all my questions always get answered completely and to my full satisfaction. The curriculum is very thorough and the monthly fees well-priced. All the people are very friendly and helpful and I always look forward coming to class. A great class for anyone of any age to attend!
