        Ylva is a lovely Yoga instructor. Incredibly knowledgeable in her field. Her classes are really well organised and she makes everyone feel really comfortable. I have an injury and have limited range of movement in that area so she always gives an alternative pose/ stretch so that i dont over do it and cause more damage. I highly recommend her if you want to give Yoga a go, she's an absolute credit to her profession.
