Extremely good company for vacuum parts. They are the only company that I have found that will sell to the public. The staff are really good to work with. My only complaint is that they dont have many options for gauges, pumps and other parts it would be useful if they stocked a couple of Edwards gauges and pumps or something. But apart from that they are brilliant to work with.

This is an excellent company that have been the first I turn to for vacuum components for more than 5 years. Their staff are exceedingly friendly and knowledgeable, and I have found their services to be very reliable, and their products to be of excellent quality, and reasonably priced. I've found them to be very helpful in making custom parts for me, and always happy to discuss any problems that I am having coming up with a design.

How do I give zero stars? A company that provides a product with appalling customer services. I was notified a few minutes ago that this company has made one of my colleagues cry when trying to return an item as she had mistakenly ordered the wrong part. When dealing with a customer, no matter how big or small, your customer services should make any enquiries smooth for the customer and clear. Not only was this a rough journey for my colleague, but she came out emotionally stunned and in a dreadful state. Not to mention the person who she spoke to claims to be the director. Personally, I hope no one ever has to experience this shocking level of customer service from this company and people look elsewhere for their parts and supplies.
