        When it works, the service is top notch and good value. However, a couple of times, my account has been "frozen" for no reason and without warning. As one of the other reviews states, you have to raise a ticket and it comes back a day or so later. More concerning though is that I recently discovered I had been charged when I should not have been. After a couple of exchanges of emails and my complaint being "forgotten" for a month, they conceded it seemed to be a mistake on their part, asked for my paypal to refund the charge..... and then all communication stopped. Still no refund.......

        Good priced internet service, pretty reliable, but only 3 stars as when there's a problem you can't speak to anyone anymore and very rarely a reply to emails. In the early days this was never a problem. I'm sticking with them though as it's good value for money.
