Working out with Louise was exactly what I needed as a new mum who wanted to get back into shape but didnt know how. I was lucky to have found someone with postnatal fitness qualifications to help me get back into my preferred shape without worrying that I might be doing something wrong or worrying that I might be putting too much pressure on my body so soon after giving birth. Louise has designed individually tailored exercises scheduled to fit my personal needs and time constraints, and I could not be happier with the end results. Thanks, Louise!

Louise is amazing! The classes have been really good at getting me feeling strong again. And a welcome break from most mum and baby groups which focus on baby and or cake. Louise focuses the class on the mum. She's really helped me learn some good exercises that I can continue now I'm back at work. She helps you understand your body and how you can bring your strength back. Would 100% recommend. Being outside amongst the trees and nature was an added bonus. Thank you!

Louise is a brilliant PT who restored my confidence following the birth of my son. She gradually increased the intensity of the exercises and pushed me to try things I would have previously avoided. She listened to what I was struggling with and adapted the exercises to suit my needs. I found the sessions highly motivating and my strength and flexibility quickly improved. I would highly recommend both her 1:1 personal training and her fitness classes which I joined soon after. Thank you Louise

Louise has been instrumental in helping me prepare my body for umbilical hernia surgery and build strength and fitness after recovering. Shes very well qualified and confident in all things post-natal exercise and has helped me regain my confidence and motivation, following a long period of not exercising after childbirth. Shes also a lovely person and fun to be around. Id whole heartedly recommend her PT sessions and group exercise classes.

I started seeing Louise after she was recommended to be by a local mum as I wanted to try to take back some control with my mental and physical health. Id been struggling with secondary infertility for some time and was aware I wasnt looking after myself brilliantly as a result. Grief, stress and lockdown had all taken their toll and I couldnt manage to make positive changes on my own. Louise has been such a fantastic source of knowledge and support. Its no small expense seeing a personal trainer, but the impact and effect on my life has been huge. From discussing food and diet to moving and exercising in ways that feel challenging but good, shes been just brilliant. I am overweight and unfit and that can feel like a real barrier to exercise or seeking help but she has been non judgemental and hugely supportive and Im extremely lucky and grateful to say that Im now in the second trimester of pregnancy and were still working together - although aspects of the workouts have been amended to support this! I look forward to our sessions and have no hesitation in recommending her highly to anyone looking to achieve their personal fitness goals with someone really experienced and on your side.
