Safe Haven for Donkeys does an excellent job helping donkeys in the Palestinian Territories. Bringing help to abandoned donkeys and those builder donkeys in need of medical care. This small charity has no large overheads and works tirelessly on education and prevention as well as much needed medical treatment of donkey injuries and diseases.

There is genuine poverty on the island, amongst humans, and frankly I am shocked at the money wasted on old donkeys, including paying for their fares to be brought here all the way from France where human children's nutritional or educational aren't covered. My dad was a vet, but humans should have priority.

Google is insisting I've been here and won't stop asking me to review it. It's a non profit charity by the looks of things so gets a good rating from me.
