Was very pleased when I rang Simon he came round gave us a quote and what was really good he was able to do the work the following week after the quote as it wasn't a large job we tried other builders but they never got back to us Simon and his team were very friendly did a great job of brickwork outside filling vent and inside filling holes and plastering and do vents in the door thank you so much Simon Dan Callum and Brian will definitely recommend you

Simon and his team undertook a loft conversion for us in 2019 and the results are superb. It was a complex job, which included removing roof trusses and changing from a hip to gable roof. The work was carried out with great care and to a very high standard. We particularly appreciated how clean the team left the site each day and how hard they worked to minimise any disruption or dust to the rest of the house. Having spent a good few months looking for a local builder to help us with a small-medium sized job (that's likely to lead to future work), I was pleased that BC Building & Design LTD was recommended to me. The team got the job done to a high standard, communicated throughout, were friendly and courteous to deal with and took time to explain what they were doing and if anything had to change. To top it off, they've returned today to pick up the rubbish and to give a final sweep and tidy outside - the patio and front stairs look good as new.
